Cancellation Policy

Sometimes you need to reschedule. The house painter finally showed up with no warning. *Minimum of 4 Hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule. **Upon receiving a notification that an OMC Technician is "on the way" and you need to cancel or reschedule, either meet the technician at the property or call 513-347-3594 and advise the Call taker, available 24/7. Advise them that its "Urgent" and you need to cancel or reschedule. This will result in a $10 Emergency rescheduling fee. Please provide as much time as possible for rescheduling. We will send an application reminder the day before the treatment. If there any changes, you may respond by email, text or phone upon receiving the reminder. Due to increasing fuel and vehicle costs, we optimize our routes to reduce unnecessary travel. We will make every effort to reschedule the application to the requested date and/or time, but delays in service can be expected for reschedule requests.
